This will redirect you to a Google Form where we kindly ask you to submit your application with accurate and complete details. Ensuring the accuracy of your submission will allow us to effectively process and accommodate your application.

CHECK EMAIL INBOX FOR CONFIRMATION EMAIL Please monitor your email inbox as our team will be sending you a confirmation email shortly. This email will contain important information, including the link to access our pre-boarding orientation. We kindly request you to check your email and ensure its receipt.

ATTEND THE PRE-BOARDING ORIENTATION We highly recommend your attendance at the pre-boarding orientation as it serves as a vital platform for conveying important information and providing instructions on how to effectively commence your internship. It is during this session that you will receive valuable guidance and pertinent details to ensure a successful start to your internship journey.

DEPLOYMENT AND ATTENDANCE TRACKER Upon attending the orientation, you will be assigned to our esteemed partner companies. To properly monitor and track the hours you render during your internship, we kindly request that you register on the attendance tracker. You can access the tracker using the following link: https://melhamconstruction.ph/uip/attendance/. This will allow us to accurately record your hours and ensure proper documentation of your internship progress.

JOIN UIP AND COMPANY DISCORD SERVERS We kindly request that you join both the UIP and your assigned company's Discord server as it serves as our primary communication platform. Discord is where important messages and instructions are conveyed among colleagues. It is essential to familiarize yourself with Discord and strive to improve your communication skills, as effective communication is key to success in any professional setting. By actively participating and mastering the art of communication, you will enhance your internship experience and contribute to a productive and collaborative work environment.

OFFBOARDING PROCESS

SUBMIT AN OFFBOARDING REGISTRATION Register at https://uip.ph/exit/. Make sure that all the requirements are accomplished accordingly.

CHECK EMAIL INBOX FOR REGISTRATION STATUS Once your offboarding registration is approved, you'll received an email that contains the file name of your COC template. You can now choose whether you want to request for a hard copy or scanned copy of your COC.

REQUEST FOR A HARD COPY OF YOUR COC We highly recommend your attendance at the pre-boarding orientation as it serves as a vital platform for conveying important information and providing instructions on how to effectively commence your internship. It is during this ession that you will receive valuable guidance and pertinent details to ensure a successful start to your internship journey.

REQUEST FOR A SCANNED COPY OF YOUR COC If you prefer to receive a scanned copy of your COC, please complete the request form using the following link: https://forms.gle/uConWScrGJum2Jbp7. Fill out all the required information in the form, and upon submission, our team will process your request. The scanned copy will be sent to the email address provided in the form.

DELIVERY/SENDING OF YOUR COC Patiently wait for your COC. The hard copy will be delivered to you, while for those who requested for scanned copy, it will be sent to you via email.
